Gracious Wellness Solutions, LLC provides wellness education, coaching, and consulting services. If during our conversation it becomes clear that clinical evaluation, diagnosis, or medical treatment is needed, clients may be referred to Janice T. Smith Family Health NP, PLLC, or another appropriate licensed healthcare provider, based on individual needs and location.
Services provided through the PLLC are separate, clinically governed, and scheduled independently.
